Exciting plans and multi-million pound investments are revitalising Hull – capitalising on the city’s position at the heart of the UK’s biggest port complex and its role as UK City of Culture 2017.

The evolving City Plan aims to bring the whole community together to make Hull a place that is brimming with culture, enterprise and opportunity.

Human Design were commissioned to design and build a website that would bring all the Plan’s projects and initiatives together in one place. We used typography and block colour that would be sympathetic to the clean architectural illustration and photography present throughout the site. We built the site to be responsive and display the information clearly, regardless of whether it was being viewed on a desktop computer or mobile device. Being built around the WordPress content management system (CMS) the website can easily be amended and updated.
