The Hull 100 mobile app was developed to discover the Lord Mayors Centenary Plaques.

The Lord Mayors Centenary Plaques were established to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the creation of the role of Lord Mayor in Hull. They recognise one hundred pioneers from our city that have achieved great distinction in their various fields, from scientists to explorers, ground breakers and campaigners who have made a difference on a local, national and international level but have their roots in the city.

The mobile app contains photographs and information on all of the Hull 100. It can be navigated by map or via the “near me” function, which helps the user find plaques within a defined walking distance from their location using gps.

The app is available for Apple and Android.
